Bali Family Photoshoot – 2 Hour Session
Our 2 Hour Session is generally not recommended for standard family photoshoots. For most families, a 1 hour or 1.5 hour session is usually more than enough to capture beautiful moments naturally and comfortably.
This extended session is mainly recommended for:
-. Family birthday parties or celebrations
-. Large family gatherings
-. Photoshoots in very large locations such as zoo parks, safari parks, or botanical garden
-. Events where you would like both candid documentation and posed family portraits
-. Sessions that require more flexibility and coverage throughout the event
The additional time allows more coverage for activities, guest interactions, decorations, candid moments, and family group photos without feeling rushed.
What’s Included
-. 2 hours photography session at your chosen location with 1 photographer
-. Carefully selected and professionally edited photos
-. Standard editing including color and brightness correction
-. Private cloud download photo folder for the final result
-. Delivery within 2–3 weeks
For 2 hour family sessions or birthday event, you will usually receive around 80–160 edited photos, depending on the session flow and location.
Add Ons
-. Lighting Assistant for Night Events or Low Light Sessions.
For birthday parties or evening sessions, a lighting assistant is required to help manage and position professional lighting equipment during the photoshoot. This is especially important for night time photography to maintain image quality, balanced lighting, and professional results in darker environments.
The lighting assistant fee is IDR 500,000 for the entire session.
This add on becomes compulsory for night events or low light birthday party coverage.
Exclusions
-. Transportation for clients to and from the photoshoot location is not included.
-. Any additional charges related to photography activities, entrance tickets, or location fees are not included.
-. Some resorts, hotels, or villas resorts may require photography permission in advance. Clients are responsible for checking and obtaining permission if needed.
How to Make a Reservation
If you are interested in booking a session, simply click the “Let’s Plan Your Session” button and fill out the inquiry form.
Once all details are confirmed, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

-. PayPal, payment is accepted in USD only. We will calculate the amount in USD, although PayPal exchange rates may differ slightly from the market rate.
-. Wise, you can pay in your local currency, and I will receive the payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
-. Crypto (USDT), we also accept USDT for clients who prefer cryptocurrency payments.
Please wait for the invoice before making any payment, as it will include the payment and bank transfer details. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the photo session by cash or bank transfer.
